The organic baguette vending machine
Have you ever found supermarkets and bakeries closed and felt the urge to eat some great fresh bread? Now the problem can be solved with vending machines for hot, steaming bread as if straight out of the oven, thanks to the baguette vending machine for organic bread. It is a very interesting vending machine that allows you to enjoy a steaming hot loaf every day at all hours, for the modest price of 2 euros. But how does it work?
The idea is very simple, in fact the machine does nothing more than keep handmade baguettes made with Luxemburg organic flour, partially pre-cooked, cooled in a cold room inside. On demand, the baguette is automatically taken out and subjected to a final baking, just before being wrapped and delivered. So far, only two organic bread vending machines have been installed in Luxembourg, but more may soon arrive given the success of the first two positioned in Esch-sur-Alzette and Moutfort.
Indeed, the baguettes from the organic bread vending machine seem to be quite good, with the only ‘flaw’ of a crumb density that is perhaps slightly too dense compared to the French originals. Given the convenience, one can certainly overlook it!
